Eric Adelman, President of South Park Design Build, speaks softly and commands a strong presence. Eric is known to his clients as a very good listener, enabling him to understand the nature of design build engagements and provide accurate and timely expertise to the multitude of items that make up any project. Given his intimate understanding of the design build process, having transformed 15+ Rosedale homes privately, and a continued commitment to excellence and beauty, Eric has a firm grasp on providing both the critical and creative thinking needed for South Park to ensure complete client satisfaction. Holding his real estate license, along with his personal property developments, gives Eric valuable insight into project evaluation relative to market conditions. Over the last twenty years and continuing to the present day, Eric Adelman has managed South Park’s portfolio with an eye to harmonious aesthetics and attention to detail which results in accolades and industry attention.
Matt Brooks Director of Operations
Matthew Brooks joined Eric and South Park in 2006 after moving to Toronto from San Francisco. Having earned a Master’s degree in music, Matthew’s vision and sense of order stem from his professional orchestral training. The musical world of creativity, balance, and harmony translates intuitively into the world of custom home building and renovation: the co-operation of a dynamic team of professionals brought together on a custom project mirrors the collaborative and orderly production of a symphony orchestra. Matt strives for this sense of balance in all aspects of his work. He has managed numerous projects ranging from minor enhancement to major overhauls, including several multi-million dollar custom homes. Each project gives Matthew a unique opportunity to showcase his organizational and people talents. In particular, Matthew’s capacity to quickly problem-solve the unforeseen challenges is invaluable. Matthew continues to stay connected to the arts, through his wife Paula Arciniega; they have 2 sons, Noah and Oliver.
