The traditional approach to home construction projects involves finding an architect and a designer to develop drawings before having building contractors bid on the project.
South Park is a team of two expert project managers (Eric and Matt) who guide old home renovations from the very start to a stunning end result. We work primarily in old Toronto neighbourhoods on renovation projects and new home builds, overseeing detailed execution of the entire process.
Do you have an old Toronto home with huge potential? Does your home need more space or a new modern look? Is there a home addition that you envision for your space or a major interior redesign?
