Bay Street Condo

Renovating within the limitations of a high-rise Bay Street condo presents unique challenges, requiring careful coordination. This project included widening and raising door heights to enhance the sense of space, and updating the interiors with new flooring, trim carpentry (baseboards and casings), and fresh kitchen finishes. Despite the structural constraints typical of condo renovations, this upgrade brought modern functionality and style to urban living in the heart of Toronto.
